    Return & Replacement Policy – Marvans Covers

    At Marvans Covers, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.


    1. No Returns or Refunds

    • Orders placed during any Sale, Offer, or Discount Campaign are not eligible for return or refund.

    • We do not offer full refunds under any circumstances once the order is confirmed.


    2. Replacement Policy

    We offer replacements only under the following conditions:

    • If the product received is damaged or defective.

    • If the product parcel is not opened and the parcel is not yet dispatched.


    3. Conditions for Replacement

    • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery in case a damaged/defective product is received, along with unboxing video proof.

      • The parcel is unopened.

      • The customer agrees to pay extra shipping charges for the replacement.

        If the replacement request is due to a change of product preference (size, color, or any other reason), it will only be processed after delivery if:

         


    4. Return & Refund Policy (After Delivery)

    • If you wish to return the product after delivery without opening the parcel:

       

      • A 50% amount deduction will be applied.

      • The refund will be processed only after we receive the parcel back in original condition. ( Transparent sealed paper ) 

       

    • If the parcel is opened, no replacement or refund will be provided.

    • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


    5. Shipping Charges for Replacement

    • For all other replacement requests, both-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


    6. Non-Replaceable / Non-Returnable Items

    • Products purchased under any Sale/Discount/Offer.

    • Products that have been used, unsealed, or tampered with after delivery.
