Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under normal circumstances. However, if you still wish to cancel the order before it has been shipped, you may do so with the following conditions: 

• 90% of the order amount will be deducted as cancellation charges.

• Only 10% of the order amount will be refunded.

• Cancellation requests will not be accepted after the order has been shipped.

Note : If any coupon discount is used then there will be no cancellation or return. 

Replacement Policy

Replacements are only accepted for damaged or defective products, and only if a complete unboxing video is provided (from the start of opening the package until the issue is clearly shown).
